Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a refund or cancellation is possible on MySahajPan, for both our digital services and our physical product orders.

1. Digital Services

Once a service is marked Success, the amount charged is final and non-refundable, since the service has already been delivered. If a service is marked Failed, the amount charged to your wallet is reversed back to your wallet automatically. A service marked Pending is awaiting confirmation and is not refunded until it resolves to either Success or Failed.

2. Product Orders - No Cancellation Once Placed

Physical products purchased through this portal are made-to-order/dispatched promptly, so an order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed, for any reason. Please review the product, quantity, and delivery address carefully before placing your order.

3. Damaged or Defective Product on Delivery

If the product you receive is damaged or defective, you must report it to us on WhatsApp at 918345054410 within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

4. Unboxing Video Required

Every damage or defect claim must be supported by an unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue with the product. A refund is issued only after we verify the authenticity of this video. Claims made without an unboxing video, or where the video cannot be verified, are not eligible for a refund.

5. Courier / Transit Damage

MySahajPan is not responsible for damage that occurs during courier transit or handling. Such damage should still be reported within the 24-hour window above (with an unboxing video), and is assessed separately from a defect that existed before dispatch.

6. Wallet Top-ups

Money added to your wallet is intended for use on this portal's services and product purchases, and is non-refundable to your bank account or original payment method, except where required by law.
